Return Eligibility


Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Authorization: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items


Items marked as "Final Sale."

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Items returned without original packaging.

Return Process


To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect). Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions.

Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds & Processing Time


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Internal Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Bank Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Per Stripe and banking standards, please allow 3 to 8 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund after 8 business days:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your financial institution, as processing times can vary.

If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos for a prompt resolution.

Governing Law

The merchant, as the consumer's contractual counterparty, is subject to the laws and courts of the operating country.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California / United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
