Order Processing

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
  • Once processed, orders are usually shipped on the next business day

Please ensure that your product selection, shipping address, and contact information are accurate when placing your order, as changes may not be possible once the order has entered processing.

During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, shipping method, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email after your order has shipped.
